MediaTracker Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Belenorchik Labs handles information when you use MediaTracker, an iOS app for selecting media and publishing or sharing it to supported social platforms.

1. Information You Provide

MediaTracker may process information you choose to provide in the app, including selected photos or videos, captions, titles, privacy settings, destination platforms, account connection choices, and publishing actions.

2. Account and Platform Data

When you connect a supported account, MediaTracker may receive or store authorization data needed to use that platform. Depending on the platform and permissions you approve, this may include basic profile information, access tokens, page or account identifiers, upload status, and publishing permissions for services such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or GitHub.

3. Media and Publishing

Media you select may be uploaded or shared with the third-party services you choose. For example, media may be uploaded to a connected platform for posting, or temporarily uploaded to a configured GitHub repository to create a public media link needed by a publishing API. Do not select media you do not want shared with the chosen platform or service.

4. Local and Secure Storage

MediaTracker may store account tokens or related credentials in secure device storage such as the iOS Keychain where supported. The app may also use temporary local files or in-memory data while preparing uploads.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, authenticate connected accounts, prepare uploads, publish or share content at your request, show connection status, troubleshoot errors, and maintain app integrations.

6. Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only as needed to provide the actions you request, such as sending selected media and metadata to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google, GitHub, or other connected services. Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Data Retention

MediaTracker retains information only as needed for app functionality. Account tokens may remain stored until you disconnect or clear them. Third-party services may retain uploaded media, published posts, logs, or account data according to their own policies.

8. Your Choices

You can choose which media to select and which platforms to use. You can disconnect accounts in the app where supported and revoke access from the relevant third-party account settings.

9. Children

MediaTracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information handled by the app, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date above will show the latest version.
