MediaTracker Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MediaTracker, an iOS app provided by Belenorchik Labs. By using MediaTracker, you agree to these terms.

1. App Purpose

MediaTracker helps users select photos or videos, add captions and privacy choices, connect supported social media accounts, and publish or share content to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the photos, videos, captions, titles, links, and other content you choose to upload, publish, or share through MediaTracker. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and distribute that content.

3. Connected Services

MediaTracker may connect with third-party services including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google, GitHub, and related platform APIs. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, review decisions, account restrictions, moderation decisions, or API changes.

4. Account Authorization

When you connect an account, MediaTracker may request permissions needed to authenticate you, access basic profile information, upload media, publish content, or manage publishing status. You may revoke platform access through the relevant platform settings or by disconnecting inside the app where supported.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MediaTracker to upload or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content. You also agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the app or connected services, or attempt to bypass platform rules.

6. No Guarantee of Publishing

MediaTracker is provided to help with media publishing workflows. We do not guarantee that any upload, post, share, or platform connection will succeed, remain available, or be accepted by a third-party platform.

7. App Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time, including integrations with third-party services. Some features may require platform approval before they become available in production.

8. Disclaimer

MediaTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belenorchik Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, account access, revenue, or profits arising from your use of MediaTracker.
